Fairtrade

We are a Fairtrade church. This means we have committed to;

• Use Fairtrade tea and coffee for all meetings for which we have responsibility
• Use other Fairtrade products such as sugar, biscuits chocolate and fruit where practical
• Promote Fairtrade during the year through events, articles and worship

We have made this commitment as part of our concern for justice in God’s world. Fairtrade helps provide better prices and good working conditions for farmers and workers so they can maintain a reasonable and respectable livelihood whilst caring for the environment.

We encourage everyone to look out for fairly traded goods while shopping in person or online.
